From start to finish, sites generally take two to four weeks to complete. This process can take more or less time depending on how quickly assets and feedback are received.

Absolutely. Part of my process includes a thoughtful questionnaire and collaborative conversation to help clarify your goals, values and who you want to reach. You don’t need to have it all figured out—I’ll help guide the way.

Yes—I work with all licensed mental health professionals, including LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, psychologists, and others.

What matters most is that you have a general sense of the kind of clients you enjoy working with. You don’t need a perfectly defined niche, but if you tend to accept any and all clients without a focus, this may not be the best fit.

Most likely, yes! If you use an EHR platform like SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Alma, or Jane for things like scheduling, client billing, or secure messaging, we can include clear links to those pages—usually in your main navigation or as a call-to-action button.

Every practice is different, and I’m happy to work with you to make the integration feel seamless and supportive for your clients.

Not directly. Because I hand-code each site, they’re not set up for DIY editing. But I’m happy to make changes for you—quick updates are included in the subscription plan, or available by the hour with the flat fee option.

Platforms like WordPress and Squarespace offer convenience, but often come with trade-offs: slower performance, frequent updates and limited flexibility. Hand-coding allows me to build sites that are fast, accessible, and uniquely tailored to your practice—without unnecessary plugins or bloat.

Yes. Every site I build includes a secure SSL certificate at no extra cost. Your site will use HTTPS, which protects visitor information and builds trust with search engines.

If you’ve paid the full flat fee, then yes—the website is entirely yours.

If you’re on the recurring plan, you can fully own your site after three years with a one-time $900 buyout. I’ll send you all the site files and can help with migration if needed.

Yes. If you don’t already have one, I’ll purchase and manage your domain on your behalf—but it always belongs to you. You can transfer ownership at any time.

If you’ve paid for the flat fee plan, yes—you’re welcome to move your site to a different provider. I’ll send you your site files and offer guidance on how to make the transition.

If you’re on the Recurring plan, hosting is included and required for as long as you’re subscribed.

Hosting keeps your website online. I provide fast, secure, 100% renewable energy hosting, along with domain management and occasional maintenance. I handle hosting issues and technical upkeep behind the scenes—no work on your end and no surprise fees.

Yes. After three years on the recurring plan, you have the option to fully own your site with a one-time $900 buyout. From there, you can continue with just hosting and support as needed.

You can cancel anytime. Your website will stay live until the end of your current billing period. After that, the site and hosting will be taken offline. If you’d like to own your site before canceling, you can choose the $900 buyout option after 3 years.

Not at the moment—but it’s something I’m exploring. If profile audits or support with listings like Google My Business or Psychology Today would be helpful, let me know. I’d love to hear what would be most useful to you.

Yes. I can help you set up a custom email address like you@yourpractice.com using a provider like Google Workspace. This adds professionalism and builds trust with clients.
