The Mindful Design Process
From start to finish, your new website will be live in 2 to 4 weeks. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you are proud to share your new website.
A no-pressure call to see if we’re a good fit
We’ll talk about your practice, your goals and any questions you have. This isn’t a sales call—it’s simply a conversation to explore whether we’re the right match.
Clear expectations from the start
We’ll both sign a contract to outline the scope, timeline and responsibilities. Once the first payment is received, your project officially begins.
Your input shapes everything
This is where we go deeper. You’ll answer a set of thoughtful questions to help clarify your goals, ideal clients and what makes your practice unique.
Aligning on structure and strategy
I’ll create a sitemap and outline based on your questionnaire responses that we will review together. Once approved, I’ll also register your domain if you don’t already have one.
Crafting language that reflects your voice
Using the approved outline, I’ll write the full copy for your site—with up to two rounds of revisions to get it just right.
Bringing the words to life
Once copy is finalized, I’ll design your site’s layout and visual style. We’ll review it together, make any refinements and approve the final version.
Hand-coded with care
I’ll build your site from scratch, making sure it’s fast, mobile-friendly and accessible on every device.
Your chance to test everything
You’ll receive a private link to review your site and suggest any final edits before launch.
Time to share it with the world
Once approved, I’ll connect your site to your domain. Your practice now has a beautiful, mindful web presence.
